Overview

anycast.io UG (haftungsbeschränkt) uses the subprocessors and technical service providers listed below to operate 2342.ai. The current version of this page is authoritative.

GLM 5.2 uses a regional European endpoint. We do not promise Germany-only processing or zero data retention for this data path. For external models, provider, processing location and conditions depend on the selected data path; this list therefore does not make a blanket EU-only or training promise for every model request.

AI model providers (inference)

Depending on the selected model and data path, requests may be processed through the following providers. The contractual basis depends on the applicable data processing agreement.

  • Mistral AI, France — regional GLM inference through the European endpoint (EU/EFTA); no ZDR commitment
  • Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg — external AI inference through Amazon Bedrock; region and conditions according to the selected configuration and AWS GDPR Data Processing Addendum
  • Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Dublin, Ireland — external AI inference through Google Cloud; region and conditions according to the selected configuration and Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin, Ireland — external AI inference through Microsoft services; region and conditions according to the selected configuration and Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum

  • ActiveCampaign, LLC (Postmark), Chicago, USA — transactional email delivery — EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses

  • Brave Software, Inc., San Francisco, USA — web search for research functions (search queries without user identifiers) — EU Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Core-Backbone GmbH, Deutschherrnstraße 15–19, 90429 Nuremberg, Germany — colocation and network connectivity for the 2342.ai core platform

Changes and right to object

Changes to this list are published on this page. Customers with a DPA are informed in advance of material changes and may object for compelling data-protection reasons.
