Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of 2342.ai, operated by anycast.io UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By registering for or using the platform, you accept these terms.

Service

2342.ai provides a managed AI platform and AI gateway with a workspace, API access, team controls, model routing, budget logic, prompt library, research functions, file storage and vector stores.

2342.ai does not sell, license or broker direct access to third-party accounts, provider quotas, third-party API keys or third-party infrastructure. Customers receive access to the 2342.ai platform. Third-party models may be used as technical infrastructure components and subprocessors for selected platform functions.

API compatibility and platform endpoints

API compatibility is provided to simplify technical integration. The endpoints are 2342.ai platform endpoints and are subject to 2342.ai model choice, budget checks, usage recording and rate limits.

An OpenAI-style or Anthropic-style API does not mean that a direct provider account, a specific provider endpoint or a specific provider availability is owed.

Registration and use

A user account with a valid email address is required. Access credentials, API keys and sessions must be kept confidential.

You may not use the platform for unlawful content, spam, abusive automation or to circumvent third-party terms of use.

Pricing and budget logic

The platform uses plans and usage-based billing. Included budget and any usage beyond it are governed by the booked plan and the applicable terms.

Where team functions are used, consumption may be charged against a shared team or organization budget.

2342.ai usage credit covers routed model execution, gateway processing, rule checks, measurement and provider costs.

For selected business customers, 2342.ai may enable monthly post-pay invoicing after prior approval. Post-pay is not generally available as of right and requires separate activation for the relevant organization account.

Post-pay, payment due date and suspension

For business customers enabled for post-pay, usage-based charges are generally invoiced after the billing period. Invoices are due immediately upon receipt unless the invoice states a different due date.

Where offered, payment is made using the method stated on the invoice, in particular by bank transfer through the payment service provider used for the invoice.

2342.ai may grant post-pay customers a monthly usage limit. That limit is automatically increased only if the preceding invoice was paid in full within seven calendar days of the invoice date. If payment is late or incomplete, the limit remains unchanged or may be reduced.

If an invoice remains unpaid for fourteen calendar days after its date, 2342.ai may suspend the affected organization account and related usage until all outstanding amounts are paid. Statutory rights and default consequences remain unaffected.

Availability and third parties

We aim to operate the platform reliably. We cannot warrant outages, response times or model changes of external AI providers.

Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory law for intent and gross negligence. Users are responsible for professionally reviewing and deciding how to use AI-generated content.

Termination and final provisions

Accounts and active plans may be terminated in accordance with the agreed term. German law applies. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Fürth, Germany.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
