Each model has its own usage price. 2342.ai records actual usage in euros and deducts it from your personal or shared team budget, whether you use the web app, API or a connected tool.
What happens with heavy usage?
The budget limits cost, not the number of people.
Heavy model usage costs more accordingly. Once the budget is exhausted, paid usage does not continue without limit. Owners can increase the budget or purchase additional credit.
The monthly amount is usage budget, not an unlimited token flat rate.

2342.ai runs the platform, API, team functions, budget checks and usage recording. Models are provided through external providers with documented data paths. The company problem is rarely: "We need one more model." It is: "How do we use suitable models without losing control of access and cost?"

What the calculator checks
Separate seat cost from model consumption.
The calculator only uses your inputs: an assumed price per seat and the same usage budget on both sides. It does not rely on another vendor's price list.
